Process
How our staffing works
You never touch a dashboard. A named recruiter handles the search from the first call to the first shift, and tells you a realistic timeline up front rather than a number that suits our marketing.
- 1
Tell us what the job needs
We ask what the job actually needs rather than what a job title implies: the trade, the certifications your site requires, the start date, the pay range and whether the work is temporary or permanent. Fifteen minutes on the phone replaces a form you would otherwise spend an afternoon filling in.
- 2
We work our pool, not a job board
Your brief goes to the recruiter who covers that trade. They start with the tradespeople already in our pool, because those people are screened, current and reachable today. If nobody in the pool fits, they source new candidates specifically for your brief and put them through the same checks.
- 3
You get a shortlist, not a database
You receive a shortlist, not a database export. Each candidate comes with verified licences, confirmed references and a summary of recent project history, so the interview is about fit rather than fact-checking.
- 4
Your crew starts on site
Once you choose, we manage the offer, the paperwork and the start date, and we stay in contact through the first weeks. You pay one flat placement fee after the worker starts, and nothing at all if nobody does.

Nobody enters the pool without clearing five checks
This is the part a job board can't do. Every tradesperson we send you has already been through the whole process, before your project ever came up.
A candidate who cannot clear all five does not reach your shortlist. We would rather send you nobody than the wrong person.
01 Trade interview
A recruiter who has worked the trade walks through real job scenarios, tools and code knowledge. No generic HR screening.
02 Licence & certification check
TDLR licences, OSHA 10/30, EPA 608, weld tests and equipment cards verified against the issuing body, not a photo of a card.
03 Reference calls
We speak to at least two previous superintendents or foremen about attendance, safety and the quality of finished work.
04 Background & drug screening
Criminal background checks as standard, and drug panels on request so candidates clear your site's safety protocol before day one.
05 Right-to-work verification
I-9 documentation confirmed up front, so there are no surprises when the paperwork reaches your office.
Texas is building faster than it can staff
The state adds more construction work every year than any other, and skilled crews are the bottleneck. Posting a job doesn't fix that. Knowing the workers does.
Hiring on your own
- Job ads on the big boards pull 200 unqualified applicants and no electricians.
- Half the people who accept never show up on the first morning.
- Licences and OSHA cards turn out to be expired once the inspector asks.
- Every week short-staffed pushes your schedule and burns liquidated damages.
- Traditional agencies mark up every hour, for as long as the worker stays.
Hiring through us
- We don't advertise your role. We call people already in our pool who fit it.
- Every candidate is interviewed by a recruiter who has worked construction.
- Licences, certifications and references are verified before you see a name.
- We start sourcing the day you brief us, and keep you posted as candidates clear checks.
- One flat placement fee. No hourly markup once the worker is yours.
Our written guarantee
The risk of a bad hire sits with us, not with your schedule.
- Nothing up front
- No retainer, no subscription, no charge for the search. You pay only when a worker you selected starts on site.
- One flat fee
- A single placement fee per hire, agreed before we start. We don't take a cut of every hour your worker bills for the next two years.
- 30-day replacement
- If a placement doesn't work out in the first 30 days, for any reason, we refill the role at no additional cost.
Tell us what your site needs this week
A 15-minute call is enough for us to start working. No fee until somebody you picked is standing on your job site.
